Proszę o pomoc w tłumaczeniu aktu z języka niemieckiego.
Chodzi o akt urodzenia Grzegorza. Rozumiem że pierwsze podane jest imię i nazwisko Ojca, później chyba matki, może ktoś wyprowadzi mnie z błędu. Jeśli to imię matki to może jest też nazwisko, którego niestety nie dostrzegam. Podkreślone imię to pewnie mój, urodzony właśnie, Grzegorz.
Dla porównania wysyłam dwa skany. W drugim występuje rodzeństwo Grzegorza.
