World War 1 ends and Julian is discharged from the Army. On the back side of this document his commanding officer notes that he is a man of Excellent Character. On the front we again have Czestochowa spelled incorrectly.

Monday, October 30th 1922 Julian is Murdered in his home in a fight that breaks out after a card game. He was apparently stuck in the head with a bottle and died 5 days later in the Hospital.
Poniedziałek, 30 października 1922 Julian zostaje zamordowany w swoim domu w walce, że wybucha po grze w karty. Był najwyraźniej tkwi w głowę butelką i zmarł 5 dnipóźniej w szpitalu.
Henry Czerwik napisał: These two documents show Julian passing through immigration at New York's Ellis Island. He lists Janow Lock as the location of his closest relative in the country which he came from. I do not understand the location of this place.
That's a very interesting story.
